I forgot to add my Gold Plus Rewards membership number to my reservation; is it too late to add my number?
To add your Gold Plus Rewards membership number to your booking, the reservation must be canceled and re-booked. To do so, pull up your reservation by clicking on “Rent a Car”, then “View/Modify/Cancel a reservation”.  Input your Confirmation number and Last Name, then cancel the reservation.  Next step is login to your Gold Plus Rewards account and re-book your reservation.
How do I pull up a reservation when I don’t have the confirmation number?
For non-members, the confirmation number is required.  However, a Cali2Way2 agent can provide it once some information is verified.  For Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards members who are logged in, the confirmation number is not required, as there will be a list of reservations that were made on Hertz.com in the “View/Modify/Cancel an Existing Reservation” section that you can select. +1 (619) 383-4052 +1 (619) 873-8056 +1 (619) 484-9622
Can a person other than the renter modify or cancel a reservation?
If the reservation was made by a Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards member and the member logged in with their number and password, only the member will be able to modify or cancel the reservation. Non-member reservations can be modified, or canceled online by providing a confirmation number and the last name referenced on the reservation.
Is there a penalty to cancel my reservation?
Some rates and vehicle types reserved require a guarantee and may have a cancellation penalty associated with the reservation. If a penalty applies, complete information will be included on the Rate screen and on the Confirmation screen. Reservations booked using Gold Plus Rewards points may have a cancellation or no-show reservation penalty.
I made a reservation through my Travel Agent can I change it online?
Yes. To View, Modify, or Cancel a reservation online and input your Confirmation Number and Last Name.
