How do I change my last name on my Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards profile?
To change a name on a Gold profile you must submit your request in writing to the Gold Plus Rewards Department.  You must include a copy of the information providing the reason for the name change such as Marriage license, Driver’s license, legal document, etc.  This information must be faxed or mailed to the Cali2Way2 Gold Service Department. Can I get multiple receipts?
Yes, the page displays a maximum of 20 receipts. You can use the “advanced search option” to narrow your search. Note:  Receipts are available for the following countries only: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Australia.
How can I earn frequent traveler credit for Cali2Way2 rentals?
You must be a Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards member and will need to log on to cali2way2.com.  Include your frequent traveler membership number on each reservation. If the rental qualifies for the credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective frequent travel partner. The partner will post credit for qualifying rentals to your account within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from your rental return date. If your frequent travel number was not indicated on your reservation or rental, you may request retroactive credit to be processed on past rentals. The time limit varies by frequent traveler program. To receive your retroactive frequent traveler credit, you may fill out the online request form or you can e-mail us directly. Online Form Instructions: On the Navigation Menu located on the left-hand side, click the “Frequent Traveler Credit” link under the Customer Support tab. Provide the program name, program membership number, your name, address, email address, rental pick-up date, and rental agreement number, and then click submit. E-Mail Instructions: You may send an email to calitwoway@gmail.com. Please be sure to include: Your name, address, phone number, copy of your Rental Agreement or the Rental Agreement Number, Frequent traveler number, and copy of your boarding pass or ticket receipt showing proof of flight (if necessary).
I rented a car 2 days ago but I cannot print off my receipt. What’s wrong?
Please allow up to 7 days from the date of vehicle return for a copy of the rental receipt to be available. Copies of the rental receipts are available for up to 6 months from the date of vehicle return. If you are not able to get the receipt online and it has been at least 7 days since the vehicle was returned, you may e-mail the rental details to us for research by  clicking here. Note:  Receipts are available for the following countries only: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, and Australia.
How can I receive a copy of my rental receipt?
To request a receipt online, you will need available your Credit Card used to rent the vehicle or your Driver’s License number. You will also need to enter your last name.  Your receipt will then appear on the screen and will also be available to print. If you are a Gold Plus Rewards member and log on, your Driver’s License number and name will be pre-populated. To request a receipt, Click here.
