How do I pull up a reservation when I don’t have the confirmation number?
For non-members, the confirmation number is required.  However, a Cali2Way2 agent can provide it once some information is verified.  For Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards members who are logged in, the confirmation number is not required, as there will be a list of reservations that were made on Cali2Way2.com in the “View/Modify/Cancel an Existing Reservation” section that you can select. How do I retrieve my Gold Plus Rewards Number?
Click on Login/Sign-Up from the home page.  Next , click on the blue link “I Forgot My Member Number”.  You will be taken to the “Retrieve Your Member Number” page.  We will need to verify your identity so you will need to provide your last name, email address, full driver’s License number and state it is issued in.  Click on Continue and you will then be taken to the login page where you will see a message that says “Your Member Number is Being Emailed To You“.
What features are included in the Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards “Members Only” section?
Members log in on Cali2Way2.com.  Logged in members can then select My Account for easy access to items that are used most frequently.  View your Gold Plus Rewards points balance at “Use My Points”, review online statements for all your Gold Plus Rewards point activity at “Rewards Account Activity”.  “My Profile” provides access to view your membership election and more.
