I checked the status of my Gold Plus Rewards and there is a discrepancy with my total.
Cali2way2 Gold Plus Rewards points should be accurate as of 24 hours from your contract closing.  If there’s a problem with your point balance, you can complete a Missing Points Request online within 6 months of return of vehicle.  To request retro credit for Cali2way2 Gold Plus Rewards Points you must first log in to your Cali2Way2 Gold Plus Rewards account on the Cali2way2.com home page.  Then click on the “My Account” followed by “Rewards Account Activity”.  Click the “Missing Points Request” link and complete the Missing Points Request online form
I’m having trouble confirming a vehicle. What could be the problem?
The problem could be one of the following: the vehicle you have selected may not be available at the location you selected, the availability of the vehicle may be limited, the vehicle may require special handling.
